Aspect's School Network: Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) has grown to become Australia's largest national educational program for children on the autism spectrum.  Aspect currently has 9 independent schools operating across 50 locations in NSW and South Australia that cater for over 1,200 students. We have more than 100 specialist Autism classes hosted on the grounds of partnership schools in less specialised settings.

About the role: Based from our national office currently in Frenchs Forest with office relocation to Chatswood in 2022 and reporting to the PMO Manager, this newly created role will provide project support and administrative assistance to Aspect Education. Please see the full position profile here.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for processing, tracking and reconciliation of Aspect Education projects
  • Regular project reports in consultation with Aspect Finance including tracking and reconciliation of capex and opex,
  • Assist with the implementation of Project processes and procedures
  • Provide input into the build and development of Project spaces on the new Aspect intranet
  • Prepare and distribute various professional reports, agendas, letters and other correspondence as required
  • Administrative support to Education and Property Team
  • Support education office projects and those of other staff when required
  • Organise travel as and when required
  • Assist in event, conference and meeting coordination

Skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication (written & oral) and time management skills
  • Contribute innovative thinking to improving efficiencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Previous project administration experience or event coordination/support experience (desirable)

A National Police Check clearance is a requirement and Aspect will arrange this.
